Our service
These terms govern Bennet Bladi, operated by Tassili Business Tech Solution, Algeria, Hai Mahaba 2, N6, Baraki, Algiers, Algeria. Contact: info@bennetbladi.com. Browsing Algerian food businesses outside Algeria is free. We are a directory, not a seller of meals, booking agent or delivery provider. Visitors in Algeria may choose WinNaklou without a forced redirect.
Accounts, claims and listings
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and act only with proper authority. Registration is required to submit businesses, claim ownership and write reviews. Claims grant no management access before approval. We may ask for proportionate evidence and reject unsupported claims. Report unauthorised access promptly. Listings and owner changes undergo manual review; edited listings may be hidden until approved. Businesses must maintain accurate information and comply with food laws. Confirm hours, prices, allergens, dietary suitability, availability and delivery directly. A listing or details-checked badge does not guarantee quality, safety, halal status or regulatory compliance. Featured placements are labelled and are not customer ratings. Orders, bookings, cancellations and food complaints are handled directly with the business; legal rights remain unaffected.
Reviews and reporting
Write about your genuine experience: one review per account per business. Owners and connected parties must not rate their own business; paid or rewarded reviews are prohibited. Do not post fake claims, harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, unlawful material or private information. Honest negative opinions are allowed. Moderation checks relevance and respect, not favourable ratings. Registration does not verify a visit. Reviews and owner replies need approval. Editing returns a review to moderation; withdrawal hides it. Reports do not automatically remove content. Report concerns using the review control or info@bennetbladi.com with the URL, reason and useful evidence. You may request reconsideration of moderation or ownership decisions through the same contact.
Photos and contributions
Share only material you own or are authorised to use, with any permissions needed for identifiable people. You retain your rights and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, resize, translate where needed and display your contribution through Bennet Bladi and its directory API to operate the relevant listing. This does not transfer ownership. Request correction or removal at info@bennetbladi.com; limited records may remain for legal or moderation needs. Report copyright issues with the URL and evidence of rights. Do not bypass security or collect personal data for spam.
Trial and future subscriptions
Customers browse for free. Businesses receive a three-month launch trial from listing approval. The proposed annual contribution is 100 in the business country’s local currency, for example UK £100, France €100, Canada CA$100 or USA US$100. It supports staff, hosting, maintenance, security, support, SEO, translation and development. No payment is currently collected; submitting a listing authorises no charge. Before any paid subscription, total price, taxes, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be shown and agreed. These terms create no automatic renewal and waive no statutory rights.
Responsibility, enforcement and changes
Information can change and external services have their own terms. We may proportionately restrict content or accounts for abuse, security or legal reasons, explaining decisions and allowing a response where appropriate unless this creates a legal or security risk. We exclude no liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain intact. Applicable law and competent courts govern disputes; these terms impose no exclusive foreign court on consumers. Material changes will be explained with reasonable notice where appropriate and will not retrospectively change an agreed paid service. Contact info@bennetbladi.com to seek resolution.
Account and discovery features
Email verification is required before contributing listings, ownership claims, reviews or events; it confirms control of an email address, not identity, ownership or a visit. New weekly event occurrences are reviewed separately. Organisers must keep dates and cancellation information accurate. “Open now” uses recently confirmed regular hours and a business time zone; exceptional closures may differ. Annual contributions use manual renewal: no automatic recurring charge is authorised. Online payments are currently disabled; any development checkout is explicitly test-only and does not activate a paid service. Final payment, tax and refund information must be provided before live checkout is enabled.
